Hi, I'm Nina. I'm a manifestation coach and gratitude enthusiast. Most importantly, I am living proof that gratitude really can transform your life for the better.

At the beginning of 2013, I had been struggling with chronic illness - M.E/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Autoimmune Disease - for around 20 years. I was often too ill to get out of bed, see anyone or do anything outside of the house. It was really, really tough!
But then something happened to change everything.
I discovered the magical power of gratitude and I set myself the challenge to find something to feel grateful for every single day for one whole year, no matter how bad I felt or what was happening in my life.
I decided to turn my personal challenge into a blog and so The Pollyanna Plan was born (named after the fictional character Pollyanna who looks for the good in everything).
365 days, 365 reasons to feel grateful and 365 blog posts.
It was the year that changed my life. My health improved, I felt so much happier and more fulfilled in life, I became more confident and I literally trained myself to focus on the good in everything.
I cannot begin to tell you all the amazing things that happened that year, and that continue to happen, as I still practise gratitude consistently.
I formed and ran the Pollyanna Plan group - a community gratitude challenge (this along with my blog no longer exists in the public domain, as they have served their original purpose) and some of the members of this group have kindly left testimonials below, to share their experiences of the gratitude practices I teach.
I've also written and illustrated two children's picture books with positive messages. (Both are available from Amazon).
Just Wait And See is a law-of-attraction inspired story about a little rabbit with a big dream.
Wishes Not Weeds, is a story about the magical power of looking for the good in every day and how a shift in perspective can change everything for the better.
I have created The Magical Power Of Gratitude Course as I wanted to share with you everything I have learned and everything that has helped me, so that you too can experience the magical power of gratitude in your life.

This is a self-paced online course, for you to work through on your own. It is divided into 3 consecutive weeks and designed to be completed in 21 days.
I offer lots of encouragement in the video lessons and there is a downloadable checklist for each week, so that you can ensure you are keeping on track.
The exercises in the course are designed to be quick, simple and fun so that they are easy to incorporate into your daily routine, yet at the same time they are extremely powerful.
There is also a private, members only Facebook community group you can join once you have completed the course, to help you to keep up practising gratitude consistently and celebrate your successes with others.
